Beaford FHL Records

This week I searched all of the Beaford records located in the FHL for any and all Smales. This is what I discovered:

• Saloms Smale and Samuel Stevens 23 Nov [year blank]

Film: 1470938 Item 2- Land tax assessment for Beaford, 1780-1832, Great Britain. Court of Quarter Sessions of the Peace Devonshire (poor quality).
* From what I could read- no Smales listed

(very light and at times impossible to read)
* Samuel Steven married Salom? Smale 23 Nov 1687?

In these records I found the marriage of Samuel Smale (chr 1807) and Sarah Bright. I was unable to find Sarah Bright's christening because the records do not cover this time period. Also the marriage records do not cover the time period of Samuel Smale (b 1838) and Elizabeth Anstey.
